Section titled “New features”Contact support button on error states New
Section titled “Contact support button on error states ”Error screens in Aura Workflows now include a Contact support button that opens our help desk pre-filled with the page context. When something genuinely breaks, users can reach support with one click instead of digging up the URL.
Set an explicit expiration date New
Section titled “Set an explicit expiration date ”Page expiration was previously configured as a duration (e.g. 90 days from state entry). You can now pick a specific calendar date instead. Useful for compliance deadlines, content tied to fiscal cutoffs, or anything where the renewal date is fixed independently of when the page entered its state. The duration option is still there; the new mode is an alternative under the same expiration config.
Approval feedback indicator on workflow states New
Section titled “Approval feedback indicator on workflow states ”States in the byline workflow progress that are the result of a recent approval or rejection now show a small comment icon next to their label. Clicking the icon opens the workflow history modal scrolled to the approval entry, so reviewers and authors can read who voted and any comment they left without hunting through the timeline.
Get Started page New
Section titled “Get Started page ”A dedicated Aura Workflows Get Started page now appears in Confluence’s global settings, registered as the app’s official Get Started destination, so new admins land on it the first time they open the app. The page introduces the product, links to a video walkthrough, points at the help desk, and offers a Book a demo button.

Section titled “Bug fixes”- Fix Security and stability improvements.
