Demo and tutorial modals only during the trial period New

Section titled “Demo and tutorial modals only during the trial period ”

The first-run tutorial and product-demo modals (useful for new evaluators) used to appear for everyone on every fresh install. They now appear only during the trial period and then automatically retire, so existing customers don’t get walked through onboarding every time they visit the global page on a new browser.

Email configurations across the app now offer Page owner as a recipient option, alongside the existing reviewers, original author, role-based, and free-form choices. Resolves to whoever currently owns the page. Useful for notifications that should reach the responsible party regardless of who originally created it.

”Only existing reviewers can add reviewers” New

Section titled “”Only existing reviewers can add reviewers” ”

The Allow adding reviewers on the fly option used to let anyone with edit permission on the page bring in additional reviewers. A new sub-option restricts that ability to people who are already reviewers on the page, so only the named approvers can extend the panel. Useful for sign-off workflows where the reviewer list shouldn’t drift outside the originally appointed group.

Restriction action: control access type New

Section titled “Restriction action: control access type ”

The Add restrictions action gained an Access type field with two settings: Edit and View. With Edit, the users and groups in the action’s Restrict to list can both view and edit the page. With View, they can read the page but not edit it; the page author, page owner, app user, and active reviewers retain edit. Previously every restricted entity was given both read and update at once.

Each workflow card now has an Export action that downloads the workflow as a JSON file containing its full definition: states, transitions, actions, approvals, variables, and metadata fields. The empty-state of the workflow overview gained an Import from file button that reads such a file back and creates a new workflow from it. On import the workflow’s internal IDs are regenerated, so the imported copy is independent of the original. Useful for promoting a workflow from staging to production, sharing reusable templates between sites, or keeping a JSON snapshot before a risky edit.
